SUPPORT / TROUBLESHOOTING

Read the status, then fix the issue.

ChatAllAI reports login, verification, rate limits, page changes, and submission failures separately. These steps cover the most common release issues.

Install and open

After installing from the Chrome Web Store, select the ChatAllAI toolbar icon. The extension opens one full-page workspace. On first use, read the data-flow disclosure and choose providers.

A site asks you to sign in

Use “Open official site” on that card and complete login, OAuth, or CAPTCHA on the provider’s top-level page. ChatAllAI does not read passwords, cookies, or tokens. Return to the workspace and reload the site afterward.

A site cannot be embedded or shows an error

Third-party sites can change CSP, X-Frame-Options, regional policy, or page structure. Reload that card first; if it still fails, use the official site. One site’s failure does not block other tasks.

A prompt was not sent

ChatAllAI reports success only after observable submission evidence appears on the page. Check login, quota, and page notices, then retry. Avoid rapid repeated sends that could trigger provider rate limits.

View or delete local history

Select “History” below the active workspace to view saved prompts and answers. Deleting a workspace removes its local history. Uninstalling the extension removes its Chrome-local extension data.

Browser requirement

The release requires Chrome 148 or newer. If the interface behaves unexpectedly, update Chrome, restart the browser, and check whether enterprise policy or another extension blocks third-party sites.
